ThePublishHub follows a rigorous Double-Blind Peer Review process. This means:
Editorial office conducts a desk review checking: scope alignment, formatting compliance, plagiarism level (<20% required), ethical declarations, and completeness. Papers failing this check are returned immediately with specific reasons — no APC is charged.
The handling editor assigns 2 independent reviewers from our panel of 500+ domain experts selected based on subject expertise, recent publication history, and declared conflicts of interest. Authors may suggest or exclude up to 3 reviewers.
Each reviewer independently evaluates: originality and novelty, methodological rigor, clarity and presentation, ethical compliance, statistical validity, and significance of contribution. Reviewers complete a structured evaluation form with detailed written comments.
Based on reviewer reports, the editor issues one of four decisions: Accept, Minor Revision, Major Revision, or Reject. All decisions are accompanied by full reviewer comments provided to the author.
Authors submit a revised manuscript along with a detailed Response to Reviewers document addressing every comment point-by-point. Minor revisions: 2-week deadline. Major revisions: 4-week deadline (extendable on request).
Accepted papers undergo final copyediting, typesetting, and XML conversion. DOI is registered with CrossRef. Paper goes live with full metadata, open access PDF, and a digital certificate of publication issued to all authors.
Manuscript accepted as-is or with minor typographical corrections only. Published within 7 days.
Small changes required. Authors have 14 days to revise. Usually accepted without further external review.
Substantial changes needed. Authors have 30 days. Revised manuscript is sent back to original reviewers.
Does not meet publication standards. Detailed reasons provided. New manuscript resubmission allowed after 6 months.
Authors who disagree with a rejection decision may appeal within 30 days of the decision by writing to thepublishhub@gmail.com with the subject line "Appeal: [Paper ID]". The appeal must include a detailed scientific rebuttal of the reviewers' concerns. The Editor-in-Chief will assign a fresh reviewer and make a final binding decision.
We welcome applications from PhD holders in any discipline. Reviewers receive recognition certificates and are listed in our annual reviewer acknowledgement.
